ExpertDesk is a best-of-breed service management solution, based on the ITIL philosophy, and compliant with ITIL-related process models like ISM® and IPW®. It is designed to manage and control support processes and improve the quality and efficiency of services.

ExpertDesk Service Management was the first application to support ISM®, an ITIL-based service management framework and has been officially PinkVerify certified since version 1.0 in 1996. In 2006, ExpertDesk achieved Pink Elephant’s PinkVerify™ Service Support Enhanced, the highest level of the PinkVerify™ certification available for toolsets. The compatibility of ExpertDesk Service Management in the five ITIL processes--Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Service Level Management--has been assessed and confirmed by a Pink Elephant executive consultant.
