Mission of Euro College University Studies

Higher Educational Institution “Euro College an Affiliate college of Kensington College of Business” will distinguish itself as a diverse, socially responsible learning community with high quality studies and an academic rigor sustained by a faith that does it justice. Euro College will draw from the cultural, intellectual and economic resources of Macedonia and from Kumanovo to enrich and strengthen its educational programs. Our mission is rooted in Macedonia, a largely rural country, cities like Skopje with a rich history, and areas of endemic privation but abundant potential. Our quest is to uplift the region's educational attainment, cultural opportunities, economic growth, environmental quality, scientific and technological progress, and social and personal well-being. Our hallmark is a comprehensive university experience that promotes student growth and success through creative strategies by using technology, enhancing learning, and connecting all we do to those around us. Most of our students are Macedonian who begin as full-time freshmen, reflecting Macedonian and the global cultural diversity, and have the motivation and ability to complete our increasingly demanding programs. Working professionals and transfer students are a growing presence. Student life is characterized by a culture of learning inside and outside the classroom. A safe academic campus serves as a laboratory for developing citizenship and leadership in a collegial environment. The “Euro College” experience, promotes the development of students who value honesty, civility, and the dignity of work. Our mission is to graduate students who are knowledgeable, clear-thinking, articulate, and effective in problem-solving.

Studying at Euro College

Each academic year is divided into two semesters. Semester 1 runs from the end of September to the beginning of February. Semester 2 starts from the middle of February to the middle of June.

Teaching focuses mainly on lectures in which students are taken through to the material to be covered. A series of seminar/workshops complement our teaching methods where students are encouraged to develop skills in research, case study analysis, writing of reports and assignments as well as giving presentations, projects reports and essays the production of which require students to understand, analyse and draw conclusions about a variety of situations applying a range of analytical tools and methods.

Euro College offers a modern Business School, integrating academic rigor with a practical approach to real life solutions. In Euro College we can provide a developed close training relationships with a number of large local and European corporations, active in fields such as Telecommunications, food processing, banking, project management and investments, state organization etc.

Our philosophy is to enrich the delivery of our Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses with the experience gained from our local companies - training programs in Macedonia. Thus, we are creating a challenging and at the same time student friendly, learning environment.

Our teaching and assessment methods as well as the development of human and technological resources are subject to audits by our external verifiers of European Communities Higher Education Institutions.

At Euro College we are adopting and applying an student friendly approach towards the delivery and assessment of our Academic programs.

Local and international companies are actively involved in the College’s Higher Education curriculum, and many of our dedicated team of teaching staff are experienced professionals from the world of business, industry and commerce. Our Business program is designed to meet the following aims:
