Etelesolv

Etelesolv is a Telecom Expense Management (TEM) company that specializes in managing voice, data, and wireless telecom expenses. Headquartered in Lachine, Quebec, Canada, their flagship product is called TeleManager, a Software as a Service (SaaS), solution designed to automate the telecom lifecycle including inventory management, cost visibility, wireless management, company policy compliance, procurement management, employee tracking and invoice processing. TeleManager is delivered alongside an array of managed services to provide complete control over telecom costs and visibility into individual employee movement.

Etelesolv clients include some of the largest public and crown corporations in Canada, while TeleManager as of 2010 is the most widely used enterprise Telecom Expense Management software in Canada. In 2011, The Montreal Gazette reported that "Etelesolv now has more than 25 large corporate accounts." Among them are Canada Post, Canada's primary postal operator and Sun Life Financial, a leading international financial services company.

Etelesolv is a member of The Telecom Expense Management Industry Association (TEMIA), a non-profit organization consisting of more than 34 Telecom Expense Management service providers who agree to abide by the organization's Code of Ethics.

In 2011, Etelesolv began actively developing their online presence with the introduction of a new website, a blog and other social media.
