Errant Skeptics Institute
The Errant Skeptics Institute (ESI) is a Fundamentalist Christian organization operated by Gary Butner from Shawnee, Kansas. The purpose of this organization (actual membership number undocumented) is to provide arguments for Pro-Fundamentalist viewpoints.
Butner, an insurance salesman for American Family Insurance (AFI) also claims (on his AFI web page) to have earned an "Evangelical Bible Seminary with Doctorate Degree in Theology", which could be a Doctorate Degree from the Evangelical Bible Seminary of Lake Worth, Florida.
Articles provided on the ESI website play down Christian denominational (mainline Christian denominations such as Presbyterian, Methodist, etc.) arguments in favor of “Christian” identified matters as they relate to the modern fundamentalist movement. Arguments published on the site are one sided, and support pro-Christian ideals while not providing an alternate viewpoint for consideration.
