Episode 7 (Beyond Belief)

Episode 7 is the first episode of season 2 of the anthology television series Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction. It was hosted by actor Jonathan Frakes and was narrated by Don LaFontaine. As is tradition on the program, Frakes challenges the viewer to discern which stories might be true, then discloses which are at the end of the episode.

The Plane

A plane that was leaking fuel suddenly starts flying by itself, thus saving the pilot from a crash.

The Gun

Status: Fact
While her husband was away, the wife keep a gun to protect herself. One night, she heard sounds coming from downstairs and she went to take a look while holding the gun. A person approaches her and she fires the gun at him not knowing that he is her son. But miraculously, none of the bullets shot hit her son. She accidentally drops the gun and the gun started firing on its own and one of the bullet shot the prowler who was hiding behind the stairs.

The Portrait

Status:Fact
The story revolve around an artist who had the power to end sufferings and eventually ending his own.

The Pass

Status: Fiction
Two boys steal pass from a doctor and enters the Morgue only to see one of them lying on the gurney, dead.

The Caller

Status: Fiction
A talk show host gets a call from his dead son.
