History
Ensighten is a private company founded in 2009 by Josh Manion. In 2012, Ensighten raised $15.5 million in Series A financing from Volition Capital. In 2014, Ensighten raised $40 million in Series B funding from Insight Venture Partners.
In March 2014, Ensighten acquired TagMan, the pioneer tag management and attribution company. In October 2014, Ensighten acquired Anametrix, an advanced analytics platform for marketers.
In 2014, Ensighten was named to the Inc. 5000 Inc. (magazine) as one of the Fastest-Growing Private U.S. Companies.
In 2015, Ensighten made the OTA’s Online Trust Honor Roll for the 4th consecutive year in a row.
