Emunah La-Paz
Emunah La-Paz (born Vicki L. Williams; November 6, 1971) is an American Author, Multi Media Historical Blogger, Bible History Enthusiast, Co-Founder of Top Social Media Male And Female Writers.com July 2014. Emunah’s first book, a novelette Entitled: ‘Chocolate Burnout’ released in 1998, takes a humorous look into interracial dating. Her first book 'Chocolate Burnout' goes on to embrace multi-cultural heritage, which is recognized in the Mavin foundation database of books by authors who touch on interracial relationships. La-Paz also wrote Why Do Married Men Cheat with Unattractive Women? In April 2011. A story based on real life events about a beautiful supermodel that becomes baffled when her husband leaves her for a so-called "unattractive woman". The book based on the original blog transitions into the novel, which follows the main character Judie, as she tries to move on after her bitter and very public break-up, which played out through the media, right before the Arnold Schwarzenegger and Mildred Baena scandal in May 2011.
Early life
Emunah La-Paz was born in Montgomery Alabama, the daughter of Douglas (Williams), a Soldier her served as a security police officer United States Air Force Security Forces. In 1968, serving in the Air Force her mother Clara (Williams) worked as beautician. The family was stationed in Kaiserslautern Germany, during her early years. Which were fond memories for Emunah.
Eventually the family re-located to Arizona. La-Paz grew up evaluating the world around her in which she was faced with issues relating to cultural differences, as she observed the world around her she was able to tap into her creative side. Day dreaming in class was not acceptable to teachers; however her broad imagination allowed her to create a world of acceptance and validation within herself. Times were not always understandable; all of the issues that plague the world such as racism, abuse, and dysfunction; prompted Emunah to lean on her faith.
Career
Emunah graduated from High School and then went on to college.
Books
Emunah married D.R. Hubbard an engineer in 1994. Emunah’s husband invested in her talent as writer. Emunah spent time writing at home. She released her first book ‘Chocolate Burnout in 1994’. A short book that touched on multi cultural relationships, the book was embraced by Mavis, an outreach program that promotes awareness among multi-cultural community. ‘Chocolate Burnout’ Throughout her career as writer Emunah has grasped information through the challenges of motherhood. Emunah’s children and two stepchildren who she refers to as her bonus kids gave her plenty of research as writer and a journalist
