The firm was founded in 2009 by former Accenture partner Stephen Newton and has grown rapidly to become recognised as one of the world’s top transformational advisors. Elix-IRR has offices in the UK and South Africa, and conducts work with clients internationally.

Elix-IRR was founded in 2009 by transformational experts. The founders of the company were driven by the desire to create a transformational advisory company that gave operational advice to its clients to enable them to drive long term, sustainable growth.
Elix-IRR have a strong focus on the financial services sector, and annually reports on trends in financial services outsourcing and offshoring. They also have experience in emerging markets, especially South Africa.
