Notable projects
It has also worked with larger commercial clients, including Neuralink in Texas and the Gregangelo Museum in California. The Harborview Hotel was designed to highlight structural framing and access to views. The 60-acre TechScape Nexus corporate campus grounds were developed as a Cyberpunk-style workspace to foster outdoor use of the vast grounds surrounding the lab space by incorporating elaborate gathering areas and recreational spaces.
In the Marina District of San Francisco, the firm designed and managed the construction of a residence in Coastal Modern style, which includes a three-story window wall and a floating staircase. At over 7000 square feet, the distinctive property with views on all levels is one of the largest and most expensive in an area already known for some of the highest real estate values in the world.
