Dynatos

Dynatos is a European consulting and technology company specialising in procurement, finance, and supply chain transformation. The company provides services and software focused on purchase-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-pay (S2P) processes, including e-invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable automation, and regulatory compliance, with integrations to enterprise systems and e-invoicing networks such as Peppol.

Dynatos operates as a partner of Coupa Software, providing implementation, integration, and advisory services for Coupa's business spend management platform. It is also a partner and service provider for Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax and ReadSoft), supporting document automation and financial process solutions.

History

Dynatos was founded in 2010 as part of RMC NV, a company within the Cronos Group. It initially focused on procurement consulting and Oracle-based solutions, later expanding into financial process optimisation and digital transformation services.

In 2014, Dynatos NV was established as a separate legal entity, and the company shifted its primary technology focus from Oracle to SAP. From 2016, it expanded internationally, entering the Dutch market through Dynatos NL, followed by Spain and Portugal in 2017 with Dynatos Iberia SL.

In 2019, the company expanded into the Nordic region with Dynatos ApS in Denmark, and Routty NV was established in Belgium as a dedicated product and research entity. In 2021, Dynatos acquired Entiq in Norway and entered the German market with Dynatos Deutschland GmbH. In 2023, it announced a partnership with the Italian technology provider IAGICA to expand in Southern Europe.

Operations

Dynatos provides consulting, implementation, and managed services related to procurement and finance operations, including purchase-to-pay and source-to-pay transformation, spend management, accounts payable and receivable automation, supplier onboarding, and spend analysis.

The company develops Routty, an e-invoicing and e-delivery SaaS platform for order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay processes. Routty provides connectivity to e-invoicing networks including Peppol, where it operates as a certified access point under Routty NV, as well as integrations with enterprise resource planning systems.
