He is also known as Dr. KVS. After finishing his degree in the field of Marketing, he started the journey of his career in Real estate by stepping his foot in Bangalore with only Rs. 2000 in hand. While searching for job he saw lots of poor and deprived people on road with no shelter, torn clothes and no food. Then, he strongly decided to provide basic necessities of life to all the people among deprived sections in India. But, in order to fulfill the basic needs of poor people, he was not yet settled and he had no job. Few days later, he joined a small real estate company, where he started marketing old flats with his exceptional marketing skills. In the initial days, he struggled a lot by working as a real estate agent for some other companies. With an unequalled idea of developing luxurious residential homes to satisfy middle class people, he applied for loan in order to start a small real estate firm. Loan was soon sanctioned which was the happiest day in his life. In the year 2005, he established a firm called DS-MAX Properties with only five employees which is now one among the best real estate developers in India. With his ingenious IDeaS and creativity, he introduced new residencies and standard of living that were pioneering ideas of that time. After which, he and his company DS-MAX Properties Pvt. Ltd. simply, grew, grew and grew from Rs. 2000 to Rs. 2000 crores."1"
