Draye Redfern (entrepreneur)

Draye Redfern is an American entrepreneur and author. He is the founder of Redfern Media, a marketing and consulting agency, and of Fractional CMO, a firm providing part-time chief marketing officer services to small and medium-sized businesses. He is the co-author of The Ultimate Financial Advisor (2021) and the author of The Recession Survival Guide (2023).

Early life and education

Redfern studied international business at John Cabot University in Rome and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Edward's University in Texas. He previously competed as a cyclist.

Career

Redfern worked at Daniels-Head Insurance Agency as Director of Digital Management and later as Marketing Director.

In 2014, he founded Redfern Media, a marketing and consulting firm working on customer acquisition and marketing strategy.

In 2022, Redfern established Fractional CMO, which provides part-time executive-level marketing services to organizations without a full-time chief marketing officer. He also co-founded Ultimate Advisor, a professional development platform for financial advisors.

He has spoken at industry events including the National Association of ACTIVE Investment Managers' Outlook conference.
