Dr. Rivon

Dr. Rivon is a fictional character from DC Comics.

Rivon is a doctor at St. Luke's Hospital in San Fansisco. Since their most recent incarnation, he has become the Titans unofficial doctor.

In the "Kid's Game" storyline, he put an artaficial kneecap into Impulse, who soon after became Kid Flash. He also called the Titans when psycics began to show strange side effects he thought may have been tied to Raven.
