Dr. Fehad Bin Ishaq (also known professionally as KFK) is an Indian healthcare administrator, entrepreneur, and recording artist from Jammu and Kashmir, India.
Early life and education
Dr. Fehad Bin Ishaq was born in Jammu and Kashmir, India. He pursued medical education and later entered public health administration and healthcare management.
Healthcare career
Dr. Ishaq has worked in both public and Private healthcare sectors in the districts of Anantnag and Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir. He has been involved in program implementation, hospital monitoring, and healthcare coordination across multiple facilities.
In October 2025, he was transferred to Pulwama district, where he continued administrative and programmatic responsibilities related to healthcare delivery and public health initiatives.
He has contributed to the implementation and monitoring of the Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY/SEHAT) scheme at the district level, coordinating compliance, beneficiary support mechanisms, and claim processing with the State Health Agency.
Entrepreneurship
Dr. Ishaq is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of MedNovaAI, a digital healthcare technology platform focused on artificial intelligence–based health tools including symptom analysis, report interpretation, and digital health assistance.
