Doxim Inc. is a Canadian document processing organization that develops document management products and services to help Financial Service Providers manage their business critical documents both online and offline. Established in 2000, as Interprise Solutions the company was renamed to “Doxim Inc.” in 2007 to more closely associate the company brand with its main product offering, which is called Doxim Enterprise Content Manager (ECM). Doxim is headquartered in Markham, ON and has offices in Vancouver, BC. Both locations commercialize SaaS based alternatives to the printing and mailing of reports, client records, check images and transaction records. Doxim Inc. focuses on the financial service provider marketplace and has over 300 direct and indirect clients in the banking, credit union and wealth management sectors across North America.
History
President and CEO Chris Rasmussen founded the company in 2000.
Doxim Inc. has been included in PROFIT Magazine's Profit 100 list of "Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies" for 3 consecutive years and was featured in the June 2010 issue of PROFIT Magazine. Doxim ranked 29th in 2008, 107th in 2009, and 68th in 2010 in the PROFIT 100.
The Branham300 has also featured Doxim Inc. in its 2010 list of top publicly traded and privately held organizations operating in the Canadian Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry. Doxim was also featured in the Branham300 in 2009.
Partners
Doxim partners with two main types of sales partner: Service Providers/Independent Service Organizations (ISOs) and Channel Sales Partners (including Referral, Co-sell, resell and OEM partners).
Doxim currently has three main sales partnerships: Credit Union Payment Services (CUPS) has worked with Doxim since 2007. CUPS leverages Doxim BPM , Doxim easyCapture and Doxim ECM integrated with the MemberDirect online banking portal to cater to their client’s document management needs. Gilmore Doculink has also worked with Doxim since 2007. Gilmore uses Doxim ECM and Doxim recently built an integration to a SAP portal for Gilmore’s clients. League Data has worked with Doxim since 2006. League Data leverages Doxim BPM and Doxim ECM , The latter product being integrated with League Data’s online banking portal.
Doxim also has several Technology Partnerships. These include organizations like Informatica , which provides the parsing capabilities integrated into Doxim’s Business Process Manager (BPM) product.

- Doxim Business Process Manager (BPM) is a solution for document processing environments built specifically for service providers. Key capabilities include: Data Transformation, Document Composition, Conversion, Electronic Bundling Preferences, Differential Job Processing, Print Routing and Bundling, Output Management, Enhanced Reporting, Job Clean-up, Lights Out Processing, XML Override, Fault Tolerant Design and BPM Operator Console.
- Doxim Daily Check Image Processing Service streamlines the task of daily batch processing of check images in an automated fashion. This is available via three options: self service, portal integration with web Portal or CRM System, or Automated Service.
- Doxim ECM is a solution that helps financial service providers to manage their documsnts and content online. Doxim ECM enables organizations to easily capture, store, search and share internal files and member information via a web based repository.
Doxim ECM facilitates the delivery of a number of document solutions to the Doxim client base, including:
- eStatements - Designed for Financial Servcie providers that want to convert their existing print statements into an electronic format so that staff can access them on line and members can access through their web banking portal.
- eInserts and eNewsletters– facilitating the appending of additional materials to an electronic statement so that they can be viewed online.
- Doxim easyCapture is a document imaging solution that combines document scanning and indexing with a friendly user-interface. This solution allows users to scan and index and upload their critical business documents to the Doxim ECM repository for secure cross-organizational access. Pairing Doxim ECM with easyCapture allows ease in capturing key Know Your Customer (KYC) information in electronic format that can be stored for online retrieval.
- Doxim TaxPack is a new tax forms processing and distribution service that facilitates and streamlines the delivery of annual tax document package to customers. Fully automated, it manages all aspects of tax form processing, delivering finished documents to the postal system and an online document repository. Multiple tax form types can be merged into one envelope, reducing on paper, handing and postage costs.
- Doxim Secure Print Service offers production management and delivery of regulatory documents and related communications. This service comprises of: Data Conversion and Optimization, High Speed Print and Electronic Document Production, Collateral Inserting, Distrubution Logistics and Hold Mail Services and Secure Processing Environment.
