DoorLoop is an American property management Software company headquartered in Miami, Florida. It provides an online platform to help landlords and property managers manage their rental properties.
History
DoorLoop was founded in 2019 by Ori Tamuz, David Bitton, Adam Mait, Itay Gardi, and Matthew Cave. The founders previously established PracticePanther, a legal management software company acquired by Alpine Software Group (ASG) in 2018.
By September 2021, it had secured US$10 million in seed funding. In September 2022, DoorLoop raised US$20 million in a Series A funding round led by ASG. At that time, the company had operations in over 100 countries.
In October 2024, DoorLoop closed a Series B funding round of US$100 million led by JMI Equity.
Operations
DoorLoop maintains dual operations in the United States and Israel. The Miami headquarters manages its customer service and operations, while the Tel Aviv office serves as The Primary research and development hub. In 2025, the company opened an office in New York City.
Platform
The DoorLoop platform has multiple tools, including those for tenant screening, lease management, rent collection, maintenance tracking, and financial reporting.
In 2023, DoorLoop expanded to support community associations and larger property portfolios. In 2025, DoorLoop integrated artificial intelligence features to automate tenant communications, maintenance request triage, and an integrated AI assistant chatbot.
