Donald Craig Jr. was a fictional character on the daytime soap opera Days of our Lives.

Character history

Donald Craig Jr., nicknamed D.J., was the infant son of Donald Craig Sr. and Marlena Evans.

D.J. died of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). Don Craig blamed Marlena and the two divorced. D.J.'s death is notable as one of the first instances where television addressed the issue of SIDS. D.J. would be the last child character to die on the show until thirty years later.
