DLF Promenade is a shopping mall for the customers of Delhi and NCR region. Developed by one of India’s leading real estate company, DLF, the mall has been touted as a fashion destination. Spread over 4.6 lacs of square foot area, it caters to customers coupled with a chic ambiance. Designed by CHHADA SIEMBIEDA & Associates Limited (Designers Hong Kong), the mall houses 7 screen DT Cinemas with a seating capacity for 1139 people, multi-level car parking system, and food court with a seating capacity for 400 people.

Location

DLF Promenade is located on the Nelson Mandela Road in the heart of Vasant Kunj. The mall is placed between the luxury mall DLF Emporio, and Ambience mall. Primary catchment includes posh residential colonies like Vasant Kunj, Vasant Vihar, Shanti Niketan, RK Puram, Safdurjung Enclave, Green Park, Chattarpur, Mahipalpur- to name a few, which essentially comprises expatriate population as well. The mall also receives considerable footfall from adjoining cities like Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Agra, Jaipur etc.

DLF Promenade is a fashion mall, which is why the zoning is planned out in a way where all the fashion brands are evenly spread out over the 2 shopping floors (ground + one). The entire second floor is a mix of F&B brands, Cinema, spa/salon, gifts, stationery and books. With its strong anchors, like Zara,Marks & Spencer, DT Cinemas and the Eat Food Lounge, The beauty portfolio of the mall includes some of the biggest national and international names such as MAC, Lancome, Crabtree & Evelyn,Loccitane, Forest Essentials and many more. In addition to its fashion and beauty portfolio, the mall offers a strong mix of F&B brands. Sitting in DLF Promenade are all cuisines; be it the home-grown iconic food chain – The Big Chill, the South-African giant – Nando’s, the American all-day diner – TGIF, home-grown pan-Asian chain – Mamagoto, Park hotel’s retail offering – Italia, Shiv Karan’s casual diners - Smoke House Deli and Mocha Art House or chef Marut Sikka’s Indian and continental offering – Kainoosh and Keya. Safety and green initiatives

DLF tied up with Dupont to train each employee on safety procedures and the DT Cinemas is the only cinema which has received 5 stars from Supreme Court in the Five Star Health and Management System Audit. DLF Promenade uses 2KW / hour through solar energy. DLF Promenade has many energy-saving techniques such as:- Light sensors inside and outside the mall; Air conditioning control through BMS; Air curtains to avoid air conditioning loss; Danpatherm insulation on transparent sheet terraces to avoid heat seepage into the mall while maintaining lux levels through day light; and Additional STP generation, which was over capacity. DLF Promenade implements various techniques to substantially reduce fresh water consumption such as: - Waterless urinals; 100% water recycling through STP; Cooling tower rejected water is used for washing the basements; and electrostatic scrubbers are used by F&B brands.
