DJ Andy Smith
DJ Andy Smith is a DJ and from Portishead, Bristol, UK.
He has worked with the Bristol band Portishead supplying samples for their first two albums Dummy & Portishead as well as contributing to the Live at Roseland album. He warmed up for Portishead on their 1995 & 1998 tours with a DJ set and has historically represented the band as a club DJ.
He has released several DJ mix CD albums including the first major label multi genre ''The Document' in 1995.
He has recorded with Boca 45 under the name Dynamo Productions. They released one album entitled Analog and has recorded one single under the name DJ Andy Smith - Sounds Start Rockin on the Freestyle Records label in 2006
He DJ's every Saturday night at Madame Jo Jo's in Soho, London and every Thursday at ''Joe's Bar' in Camden Town, London and does a weekly radio show on www.sinefm.com/ 102.6 FM in Doncaster
