Diz Live

Thabo Fassie (born December 12, 1994) also known as Diz or DizLive is a rapper from Johannesburg, South Africa. He is best known for his current single uDeliwe.

Early life and career

Early life

Fassie was born in Johannesburg, Gauteng on 12 December 1994 he spent a majority of his toddler years in Cape Town, Western Cape. He is the son of two former celebrities: Marc Rantseli from the group MarcAlex who had the smash hit "Quick, Quick" and Caroline Fassie former Television Personality. He is also related to Brenda Fassie. In 2005 he moved to Johannesburg again and started rapping.

Career

Fassie first appeared on as a cameo on the Shugasmakx and JR single "Trust it" in 2014. On 14 April 2015, Fassie dropped his first mixtape "The Come Up" on Soundcloud and received very few listens but reached the right ears. The mixtape was well received by the few who heard it at the time. Hype Magazine named the "The Come Up" as one of the best mixtapes dropped in South Africa and he then started doing the wrap up for SlikourOnlife.com and also appeared in the first SlikourOnLife mixtape. In 2016 Diz was featured on Zkhipani.com online magazine and named Top 6 to blow that year by SlikourOnLife.

On 2 April, Diz released uDeliwe Music Video on YouTube and it was well received and play-listed on local Johannesburg radio stations.

Diz released his third single Peer Pressure for the upcoming "Mixtape Nyana 2".
