Diapason (platform)

Diapason is a French treasury management Software company. The company develops the myDiapason' platform, a treasury management system (TMS) for large and mid-sized corporations, integrating liquidity, payments, risk and guarantees management.

History

The company was founded in 1990 in Paris by Pascal Kravitzch and Frédéric Oden as a system integrator. In 2008, Diapason shifted its strategy toward the development of a proprietary integrated treasury management solution for large corporations and financial institutions.

In 2021, APAX Partners (now Seven2) entered as a financial investor. The same year, MCC Soft adopted the Diapason brand, and its flagship product was named myDiapason.

In November 2023, PSG Equity joined as a new investor. In 2024, the company acquired Fairways Garantie, expanding its capabilities in bank guarantee and surety bond management.

In 2026, Diapason acquired DeftHedge, a SaaS provider specializing in foreign exchange and commodity risk management with the platform’s risk module.

Products

The company develops the myDiapason Treasury Value Management platform, structured into several modules:

  • myDiapason Liquidity – liquidity management, cash management and forecasting.
  • myDiapason Payment – payment centralization, bank connectivity and anti-fraud controls.
  • myDiapason Risk – management of interest rate, foreign exchange, commodity and counterparty risks.
  • myDiapason Guarantees – management of bank guarantees and surety bonds.
  • myDiapason Invest – investment portfolio and securities management.

The platform incorporates Artificial Intelligence features for operational automation (including reconciliation and document processing) and predictive analytics, such as cash flow forecasting and scenario simulations.

Diapason holds ISO 27001 certification (March 2025), SOC 2 Type II certification (2025), EcoVadis CSR certification (May 2025), and CyberVadis certification (2025).
