Diakite Brahima
Diakite Brahima commonly known as Brahima (born 30 March 1987) is an Ivorian footballer who plays for Saham SC in the Omantel Professional League.
Club career
Ivory Coast
Brahima began his professional career in 2004 with Issia Wazi FC. He helped his team to win the Côte d'Ivoire Cup in 2006 and to reach the finals in 2007 and to reach the finals of the Coupe Houphouët-Boigny in 2007.
United Arab Emirates
After spending a long three-seasons spell with Issia Wazi FC in Ivory Coast, he moved to the United Arab Emirates in 2007 where he played for Dubai CSC in the 2007-2008 season, Al-Arabi from the 2008-2011, Masafi Club in the 2011-2012 season and Hatta Club in the 2012–2013 season.
Oman
After spending a six-seasons spell in the United Arab Emirates, he moved to Oman in 2013 and signed a contract with Saham SC. He helped his team to win the inaugural 2013 Oman Professional League Cup. He was also the captain of the club in absence of the senior Omani international Hassan Mudhafar Al-Gheilani.
Back to United Arab Emirates
On 7 June 2014, he moved back to United Arab Emirates and signed a one-year contract with his former club Hatta Club.
