Infrastructure
Computer Labs
We have three fully Air Conditioned, well furnished, highly sophisticated labs with Dual core Systems with 1 GB RAM, 160 GB Hard Disk Drives & TFT's. All the systems are networked and catered by two servers Windows 2003 Server, & Proxy Server. We have dedicated Internet access at 1 mbps with 1:1 student computer ratio accessed via Leased Line .
Academic Resource Department (Library)
Desh Bhagat Institute's library is unique in a sense being a library with learning aids of different types. The library has a huge collection of more than 10,000 books & National & International Journals concerning various branches of engineering catering to the needs of both students and faculty. There is a separate CD section in the Library for the students.
Laboratories
We have spacious and well equipped laboratories having modern equipments, infrastructure and furniture. These Labs are Applied Physics Lab, Applied Chemistry Lab, Electronics Lab, Electrical Engineering Lab and Computer Lab. The students are given exposure to the very basics of engineering.
Workshops
A separate workshop block consists of Carpentry & Pattern Shop, Foundry Shop, Forging Shop, Machine Shop, Welding Shop, Sheet/Metal Shop, Fitting Shop & Smithy Shop. The workshops are fully equipped with all the modern machinery, tools and other infrastructure so that quality education can be imparted to the students.
Faculty
The institute has well qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty committed to impart quality education to the students. They are devoted to the cause of education and learning. Apart from core faculty, it has visiting faculty from university and industry.
