Defence Housing Authority is an area located in Lahore, Pakistan. It is one of the most developed and high-end living areas in the country. Since the late 1990's this once army controlled area has become populated with local celebrities, top military official, politicians, and many foreigners of Pakistani descent. Defence Housing Society is also the home of LUMS (Lahore University of Management Sciences), a prestigious institution of higher learning.
