DCR Workforce is a contingent workforce management and services procurement solutions provider of Management Services Programs; a cloud-based talent management system named ‘Smart Track’; workforce intelligence consulting; Employer of Record payroll services; and 1099 compliance services. Along with traditional Vendor Management System features, Smart Track modules include security clearance management, regulatory compliance management, RFQ creation and execution, diversity management, fatigue prevention, survey management, crowdsourcing, alumni management and social networking sourcing.
