David Titus

David Titus is a California Republican Party leader.

In 2005, he was appointed by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger1 as Deputy Director for the California Department Of Forestry and Fire Protection2. From 1996 to 2004, Titus served as the Chief of Staff to California State Senator3 Rico Oller.
