David Sztern

David Sztern is an Israeli-based technology entrepreneur and the co-founder and chief executive officer of NLPearl (operating under Neural Wave Ltd), a Tel Aviv-based artificial intelligence company specialising in AI-powered voice agents for business telecommunications.

Biography

In April 2015, Sztern founded and served as CEO of S.I.M Corporate, a company based in the Tel Aviv district. From 2016 to January 2019, Sztern co-founded and served as Chief Marketing Officer of General Boost, a digital marketing agency based in Tel Aviv offering services in search engine optimisation (SEO), app store optimisation (ASO), pay-per-click advertising, and influencer marketing. From September 2017 to January 2018, Sztern co-founded Trusti, a blockchain company in Tel Aviv focused on accredited Cryptocurrency wallets. He served as Chief Marketing Officer, managing media partnerships and communications directed at corporations seeking to adopt blockchain technology. The Trusti role ran concurrently with his position at General Boost.

In December 2022, Sztern co-founded Neural Wave Ltd alongside Ofek Darhi, Samuel Schwarcz, and Tal Alufi. The company, headquartered in Tel Aviv, develops AI-powered voice agents for business telephone interactions under the name NLPearl.AI.

On 14 June 2023, Sztern announced the public launch of NLPearl.AI, describing it as a software as a service (SaaS) platform designed to automate phone-based sales and customer service through AI voice agents.

On 28 August 2024, Sztern announced the launch of a public application programming interface (API) for NLPearl, enabling businesses to integrate the platform's AI phone agents into existing customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

In 2024, NLPearl, under Sztern's leadership, was named a finalist in the T-Challenge, a global competition organised by T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom on the application of AI in the telecommunications sector.
