Darius Mirshahzadeh

Darius Mirshahzadeh (born May 2,1978) is an American entreprenuer.Darius Mirshahzadeh and his fraternal twin brother Mehran Eric Mirshahzadeh (aka Mike)founded Twin Capital Mortgage in July 2003. Darius Mirshahzadeh and Mike Mirshahzadeh quickly grew Twin Capital Mortgage into the 40th fastest growing privately held company in the USA as ranked by Inc. Magazine.1. In September 2006,Darius Mirshahzadeh was featured in the San Francisco Business Times3 for having doubled his companies revenue in 1 year. In the article Mirshahzadeh was quoted as saying "We are positioning ourselves as Equity Ninjas". The media has often misused this quote in describing Mirshahzadeh and his former company. The quote was an inside company joke referencing a sales competition Mirshahzadeh was planning for the company called the World Series of Sales. Half the sales force was to be on a team called the Equity Ninjas. The other half was to be on team called the Loan Pirates.

Darius Mirshahzadeh is a graduate of the prestigious Birthing of Giants Program4, a program sponsored by Inc Magazine and The Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Notable graduates of the program include Michael Dell and Ted Leonsis.

Darius Mirshahzadeh is married to artist Maria L'Enfer Walcutt. The couple have a son Rumi Mateo Mirshahzadeh named after The Famous persian poet.
