Daniel J. D’Arrigo

Dan D’Arrigo was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of MGM Resorts International in August 2007.

A 22-year veteran of the gaming industry, Dan D’Arrigo provides corporate oversight over finance functions throughout the company, and is responsible for corporate financial analysis including budgeting and forecasting, capital markets transactions, treasury, investor and bank relations as well as mergers and acquisitions. D’Arrigo works in the top executive ranks of MGM Resorts International with Chairman and CEO Jim Murren, Chief Operating Officer Corey I. Sanders, and Chief Marketing Officer Bill Hornbuckle.

Career History

D’Arrigo previously served in the positions of Senior Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Finance, and Assistant Vice President of Finance for MGM Resorts International. He also served in the capacities of Director of Corporate Finance and Manager of Corporate Finance for the company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of MGM China Holdings Limited, which is traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Education

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
