Cruise Saudi is an organization that was launched in 2021. It develops the infrastructure and services required to scale a full-suite cruise ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.

Lars Clasen is the CEO of Cruise Saudi. It is a Public Investment Fund Saudi Arabia Company.

World Dream / Manara

The vessel World Dream was auctioned to Cruise Saudi in 2023, and immediately renamed Manara.

In March 2023, the ship was finally sold to Cruise Saudi and renamed Manara. In June of that year, Manara arrived in Bremerhaven for an extensive refit at the shipyard Bredo.

In July 2024 she was renamed Aroya.

Aroya Cruises

On 16 May 2024, Cruise Saudi launched Aroya Cruises.
