Cristián Berríos
Cristián Berríos, also known as Cristian Berríos Navarro (born March 1, 1975), is a Chilean writer associated with the underground movement. He studied at the Corporación Cultural Balmaceda 1215, a hatchery of diverse talents in Santiago de Chile. He has self-published his works in both digital and print formats, and they have also been featured in compilations in Chile, Venezuela, Peru and Mexico. In 2006 the Chilean television program Hi-Tech focused on his his internet-based literary projects.
In 2009 he published the digital magazine Puente de Saturno. The first issue included writers such as Gladys González and Ana Montrosis of Chile, Amalia Gieschen of Argentina, Gladys Mendía and Betsimar Sepúlveda of Venezuela along others. The same year Berríos' poetry was included in the anthology Me Urbe (Chile – Venezuela).
