Climate of San Bernardino

[[San Bernardino, California]] has a [[temperate climate]] with cold winters to hot dried summers.San Bernardino’s climate is hot with low humidity during summer when temperatures tend to be in the 100’s and cold during winter when temperatures tend to be in the low 50's and high 40’s as a high in the winter.
==Summer==
The warmest month of the year is August with an average maximum temperature of {{convert|110|°F|°C}}. The city can see desert conditions except that the winters are relatively cold, wet, and snowy in some cases.

==Winter==
The coldest month of the year is January with an average high temperature of {{convert|45|°F|°C}} and alow of {{convert|32|°F|°C}}. Temperature variations between night and day tend to be relatively big during summer with a difference that can reach {{convert|33|°F|°C}}, and moderate during winter with an average difference of {{convert|25|°F|°C}}.

Snowfall during the winter wouldn’t be a rare occasion due to low temperatures not seen in the valleys of [[southern California]]. Frost can be seen in most of the cities in the [[San Bernardino Valley]], with an elevation higher than {{convert|1100|ft|m}}. Another snowy city in the [[San Bernardino Valley]] is [[Yucaipa]], with an elevation of about {{convert|2700|ft|m}} it is the city in the valley to get the biggest amount of snow. Snow is seen only in the eastern portion of the San Bernardino valley. Wide spread of frost is seen annually in the city were the water tends to freeze.
