Clemta is a fin-tech and legal-tech startup that has automized company formation, tax number, bank account and post-incorporation procedures in the United States. Clemta.com helps people register their business, incorporate, in the United States. Afterwards, people can also acquire their tax numbers, and apply for a bank account in the United States. Clemta handles the paperwork and procedures that is considered to be time-consuming for founders.
Clemta also has an accounting team that provides in-house accounting services through CPA agents. Bookkeeping, annual filing, annual reports can be filed in both federal and state levels upon customer request.

Clemta was founded by Bogachan Ilica and Erdem Mumtaz Hacipasaoglu. Both founders were working together for Vircon Group. Their passion for law and entrepreneurship lead them to work in legal-tech/fin-tech industries for years before they embarked on a journey together. Currently, Erdem Mumtaz Hacipasaoglu is an attorney in Turkey, specialized in Data Protection & Privacy. Bogachan Ilica is a Canadian entrepreneur who has finished his law degree in Carleton University, Ottawa and worked in multiple legal consultation positions.
Founders of Vircon Group including Erdem Mumtaz Hacipasaoglu were listed on Forbes 30 under 30 list with their projects Clemta, Albus and Albatros.
