Clarissa House

Clarissa House (born September 6, 1954) is an Australian actress who famously played Beth Hunter Sutherland in the soap opera ''Home And Away

Previous work includes a short stint on the 90's titilating channel 9 drama "Chances".

She graduated from Australia's National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) with a degree in Performing Arts (Acting) in 1987. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Theatre Arts degree from Perth's Curtin University (formerly the Western Australian Institute of Technology)

Before taking the role as Beth Hunter on Home And Away, Clarissa House played a small part as a council worker named Ms.Angelo. Ironically she was a friend of Shelley Sutherland whose husband married her character Beth Hunter later on in the show.

She was born in Melbourne and raised in Perth, Western Australia.
