Clara Ngando

Clara Ngando is a Cameroonian finance executive and entrepreneur known for her work in financial strategy, governance, and women's empowerment. She is the founder of EmpowerHer+237, a mentorship platform supporting young graduates and women entrepreneurs in Cameroon.

With over 15 years of experience across fintech, energy, development, and public sectors, she has held senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer (CFO), internal audit lead, and consultant.

Clara Ngando was born in Cameroon. She pursued higher education in finance and business, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and later completing the CFO Programme at London Business School.

She is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom.
