Cintra HR & Payroll Services Ltd is an information services company in the Payroll and HR markets. Supplying businesses operating in the United Kingdom. The company originally started as a private partnership before incorporating in May 2009.
History
Cintra was established in 1981 providing payroll software (CPay) on Unix Based systems before writing their own language (.ipl) to replace CPay with Cintra in 1994. After a re-write of the source code Cintra for Windows (C4W) was released in 1998, which marked the movement away from unix based systems towards the Microsoft Operating system platform.
Organization
Cintra HR & Payroll Services provide a collection of software and services including Payroll,Human Resources and Time and Attendance. Cintra operates in the United Kingdom and provide a variety of services to 500+ organisations sending out over 1 million payslips in the year 2008.
Carsten Staehr was appointed as CEO in 2001.
