Christian Delpech
Christian Delpech (25 February 1977) is a flair bartender from Argentina who currently resides in Las Vegas, USA. He's one of the first and most prolific flair bartending champions, having participated in numerous competitions throughout his career, achieving more than 17 world championships and over 50 first-places in international competitions. Besides being a world champion he has also been co-host of FlairLive TV.
History
Christian Delpech started his career inspired by Tom Cruise's film "Cocktail". He started working in bars in Argentina but soon realized he needed to move out in order to ProgresS with his art; in 1998 he moves to Tenerife, Spain, where he starts practicing magic, something that would turn out to be very useful in the discipline of flair bartending.
After some second-places in different competitions, Christian finally gets his first-place at Florida's "Quest for the Best", which would get him an invitation to the most prestigious flair bartending championship: Legends of Bartending, in Las Vegas.
Christian conquered the event with new tricks and never-before-seen moves, which earned him a legendary status among flair bartenders and making him a strong influence in newcomers, pioneering in aspects such as dexterity, precision, creativity and showmanship. In Las Vegas he consolidated as the best flair bartender in the world, winning numerous prime events such as Road House London, FBA Pro Tour and Legends of Bartending.
He currently works as a flair bartender in Las Vegas, besides participating in events, demos, workshops and as a judge in various competitions, looking to take flair bartending to the next level.
