Chapters of The Triple Helix

The Triple Helix is a global, student-run non-profit organisation, operating on a chapter-based system at notable universities around the world. Chapters are organised into four geographical regions: North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. A chapter is considered established when it has registered as a student society with its host university. Failing that, it is considered to be under construction.

A Triple Helix chapter is a semi-autonomous unit whose primary responsibility is the production of articles for the twice-yearly journal published by The Triple Helix. Under the leadership of a carefully selected President, the chapter is also responsible for:

• Recruiting staff to the chapter
• Recruiting writers for the online arm of The Triple Helix, the e-Publishing Division
• Raising the costs of printing, marketing and distributing the publication at the host university
• Other activities that may fall under The Triple Helix's mission (for example public debates, lectures, seminars or cafés scientifiques)
