Chapel Christian Academy

Chapel Christian Academy was an educational ministry of Limerick Chapel in Limerick, PA, USA Providing a Christian education in grades K-12.

The Academy was founded in 1974 as a ministry of Limerick Chapel. Richard I. Gregory was pastor and leader of the church at that time.

The school began with grades 1-6 and each year added a grade. In 1981, the academy had its first graduating class.

The Academy had three major divisions: Elementary (K-6), Junior High (7-8), and High School (9-12).

Chapel Christian Academy was a member of the Keystone Christian Education Association.

The Academy flourished early on, but after the departure of key personel, the school began to decline. Compounding the problem, Limerick Chapel had two major splits which did much to undercut the financial stability of the school.

The Academy closed after the 2006-07 school year.
