Chantry Johnson

Chantry Johnson is an American musician known for being the lead guitarist and cellist in rock band The Cab. Chantry is also in a band alongside his brothers Clayton and Connor titled The Johnsons. Chantry has been in The Cab since in 2010 and in The Johnsons since 2013.

Career

The Cab (2010–present)

Johnson joined The Cab in 2010 as a replacement guitarist for Bryan Dawson. At that time, the group were working on a new album and Johnson joined to handle lead guitar and cello. In 2011, the group released Symphony Soldier, their first album with Johnson and new bassist in the band Joey Thunder. The album was also released independently. It wasn't until 2014 that the band released another record, Lock Me Up.

Other ventures

Johnson has been in a band alongside brothers Clayton and Connor called The Johnsons where the trio play covers and make original material. Chantry also has a YouTube channel simply titled Chantry were he posts upbeat dubstep music. Chantry is working on a solo EP of new, original, material.
