CAS genesisWorld
CAS genesisWorld is a Customer Relationship Management software, also known as CRM, customer information is stored and managed in a central database which helps to support customer communications and Relationship management in companies.
History
It was in 1998 that the Karlsruhe company, CAS Software AG, first introduced its CRM Groupware to the market as CAS genesisWorld. Additional sales functions were continually added to the standard software, resulting in the software's evolution to a complete CRM solution. In 2003, CAS genesisWorld optimized for mobile access, and developed specific industry solutions such as for education establishments, clubs and organizations, engineers, car dealers and research institutes.
Between the years of 2003 - 2014, a total of ten companies received the Best Practice Award, these companies included: OKI and the SVG "Bundeszentralgenossenschaft Sraßenverkehr eG" which is the German Federal Cooperative for Road Transport. In 2004/2005, the software was awarded the CRM practical test seal of approval by the Hewson Group, schwetz consulting and Naujoks & Collegen.
2011 saw the introduction of the new SmartAccess operating concept, a UI/operating concept designed for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, browsers, Windows) and for different display sizes (Smartphone, Tablet, PC). In 2011 and 2012, CAS genesisWorld received good reviews in the area of customer satisfaction. (compare the CRM studies of 2010/11 and 2012/13 carried out by i2S GmbH, Business analysts and consultants based in Zurich). CAS genesisWorld Apps enable mobile working with smartphones, tablets and laptops. The release of 2013, saw CAS genesisWorld x5 being released with new functions such as Geomarketing based on OpenStreetMap.

The standard software is available in different editions. It has a modular structure and can be customized to suit your needs as well as being scalable and flexible enough so that it can be used with companies of different sizes. CAS genesisWorld can integrate data from the Microsoft Office package, from ERP systems as well as from other applications as standard. Partner solutions help to complete the functionality of CAS genesisWorld.
Distribution
The CAS CRM smart company and more than 200 certified partners sell CAS genesisWorld. Through its strategic partnerships, CAS Software AG is represented in more than 30 countries. The company targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
