Carla Pivonski

Carla Pivonski is an American model who appeared in numerous Playboy Special Editions and starred in some films.

Career

After she first appeared in some Playboy Special Editions in the late 1990s, Carla Pivonski appeared in two films from Troma Entertainment.

Naturally well endowed, several websites promoted her as the perfect actress to portray Lara Croft.

It has been speculated that she stopped working in 2003 because she continued her studies in psychology .
