Camp Brookwoods
Camp Brookwoods is the historic original site of a ministry that is now incorporated under the larger heading of Christian Camps and Conferences, Inc. The camp is situated on New Hampshire Route 28, between Alton and Wolfeboro, upon Lake Winnipesaukee. The camp is directed by Bob Strodel and the Strodel family. Children who go there experience Christianity in the form of Bible study, singing, and daily activities.
There are two camps-- Deer Run for girls and Brookwoods for boys.
Each day includes three periods, plus a free period where they can spend their time at the waterfront
A typical day is:
Wake up, Devotions, Morning Mania, Breakfast, Singing, Bible Study, Period 1, Period 2, Lunch, Rest Hour/Store, Period 3, Free Period, Dinner, Activity, Bible Study, Bed
