Byron Roth

Byron Roth is Chairman and CEO of Roth Capital Partners, LLC. Under his leadership, ROTH has grown into a leading investment bank for small and micro cap public companies. ROTH has raised over $10 billion, as well as completed many merger and acquisition and advisory assignments for this universe of companies. ROTH is a leading placement agent in PIPE transactions, ranking 1st or 2nd in number of transactions each of the past 6 years.

Mr. Roth is a founder and board member of Cortina Asset Management, LLC, which is a small cap money manager with approximately $1 billion under management and Eudaimonia Asset Management, LLC, investment advisory boutique specializing in small and micro-cap growth investments. Mr. Roth is also a Founding Member on the Executive Cabinet for the Athletic Department at the University of San Diego.

Mr. Roth received his undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego in 1985 and his MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University in 1987.
