Buzan's iMindMap

Buzan’s iMindMap® is the official Mind Mapping software from Tony Buzan. The desktop application uses Tony Buzan’s organic Mind Mapping methods to create maps for brainstorming, organising, creative thinking, project management and planning.

Developed by Buzan Online Ltd, Buzan’s iMindMap runs Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and Linux and there are three Editions available: Elements, Professional and Ultimate. The software allows organic and linear Mind Maps to be created using a mouse, keyboard, interactive whiteboard or tablet computer.

The latest version of iMindMap V4.0 contains the following features: Presentation Mode; audio notes, box branches, attaching data (via dragging and dropping), intelligent printing, integration with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook), Mac iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and OpenOffice (Writer, Calc, Impress); Project Management Mode; Mind Mapping Mode; Speed Mind Mapping Mode; image and icon library; sketch tool, expand and collapse; focus in and focus out; child Maps; AutoLayout and AutoTools; relationship arrows; highlight clouds; importation of Mind Manager Freemind and Word files; export as web pages, PDFs and SVGs.

Languages include: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Polish, Welsh, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Thai and Japanese.

E Learning Courses

iMindMap includes an E-Learning Course Viewer and Builder. The E-Learning Course Builder allows the user to integrate their own content with audio, video, animations and interactive Mind Mapping, and to then generate their own installer so they can distribute their courses to others.

Charity

iMindMap supports over 20 charities and organisations across the world through LINGOS. Charities include Oxfam, Christian Aid, Cafod, British Red Cross, Plan (aid organisation), Save the Children and the World Wide Fund for Nature.
