True Freshman Season
Miller, a scholarship recruit, redshirted while practicing as a defensive end for the scout team.
2007
Redshirt Freshman Season
Bruce miller the first sack of his career against NC State on September 1st. This was the first safety for the Knights since the 2001 season games against Akron on November 3, 2001. Miller was named the C-USA Co-Defensive Player of the Week after his game against Tulsa on Oct. 20.
2008
Sophomore Season
The 2008 season was big for Miller. He led the team in sacks (7.0), tackles for loss (17.0), QB hurries (11) and forced fumbles (2).
2009
Junior season
Due to his impact on Defense in big games it has been speculated that Bruce Miller will likely be the next Knight to shine in the NFL. CBSsports.com called Bruce Miller a "player to watch" going into the 2009 St. Petersburg bowl.
NFL Potential
As one of UCF's most impactful players in recent years there has been talks of Millers possible future in the NFL. NFLdraftscout.com lists Bruce Miller as the rank 16 possible OLB recruit in the 2011 NFL draft.
