Brett Yoder
Brett Yoder was a Division III lacrosse player (from 2005–2009) who over four seasons holds a NCAA record for the most consecutive regular season wins with a combined 56-0 record in regular season games while winning two National Championships.
Salisbury Years (2005–2007)
Brett was recruited by Salisbury University where he played his first three years of college lacrosse. In 2005 as a freshman he appeared in 19 games and posted 12 points while winning his first of two National Titles. By his sophamore year Brett had moved up to second line midfield where he posted 25 points. However, it was during this season that he was dealt his first of three career losses when Salisbury lost a 13-12 game to Cortland State during the DIII National Championship. All of his losses would take place during post-season play. As a Junior Yoder was a first line midfielder for Salisbury. During his 2007 season Brett posted 15 goals 38 assist for a total of 53 points. For a second straight year Salisbury faced Cortland in a National Championship game this time defeating the Red Dragons for his second National Title. Brett was also named second team all Capital Athletic Conference and Honorable Mention All-American.
2008 Season
Brett did not participate during the 2008 lacrosse season.
Stevenson Year (2009)
Brett played one year for Stevenson University playing as a first line midfielder where he registered 21 goals and 12 assist for a total of 33 points. Yoder faced his former team Salisbury three times during the season beating them twice. The first win against Salisbury came during regular season play and the second was in the quarter final round of the NCAA tournament. Salisbury defeated Stevenson during the CAC championship game which was Brett's second career loss. Brett's third and final loss would come at the hands of Gettysburg College during the semi finals of the NCAA tournament.
