Brad Nathan

Brad Nathan (born 1968) is a Canada-based merchant banker, and an entrepreneur. He is the founder of a private equity firm, Lynx Equity, which was named Canada’s fastest growing companies by Profit Magazine.

Overview

Nathan is a graduate from York University. He earned his international MBA from Schulich School of Business.

He began his career as a Chartered Accountant at Price Waterhouse and Grant Thornton, Canada and at the Coopers and Lybrand in Paris. He has served as the vice president at Rothschild Canada Limited.

Nathan was the founder and president of Succession Capital Corporation, a private equity firm.

In 2007, he founded Lynx Equity, a private equity firm that focuses on acquiring established businesses from owners approaching retirement. His business model allows the owners or founders to run their business until they are ready to pass on the management to others.

Nathan is one of the Board Directors of the Toronto Wildlife Centre since 2005, through which he organizes and fights in charity boxing events to raise for money for the wildlife conservation and women’s shelter program.
