Blas Ossa
Blas Ossa Ossa was a Chilean politician who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies for Ovalle and later for Illapel, Ovalle and Combarbalá.
A member of the Liberal Party, he served in Congress during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Political career
Ossa served as substitute deputy for Ovalle during the 1888–1891 legislative term. He subsequently served as deputy for Ovalle in 1891.
He returned to the Chamber of Deputies as representative for Illapel, Ovalle and Combarbalá for the 1903–1906 legislative term and was reelected for the same constituency for the 1906–1909 term.
