Bill Perkins The Production Designer, Art Director, and Fine Artist. He began his animation career at Walt Disney Feature Animation in 1986 as a layout arts and became Art Director in 1991 on Aladdin and Fantasia 2000. He continued development, preproduction, and Art Direcion for various studios and opened High St. Studio in 2001.
